The 2003-2004 TICIC Annual Report was recognized in the highly respected and selective competition held annually by Print Magazine. This collection of work showcases some of the best and most original design from all over the country. The TICIC annual report was designed by Knockout and was featured in the mid-atlantic region of the 25th anniversary edition of the Print annual.

CRANFORD, N.J. – TICIC, Inc. is the recipient of one of America's Community Bankers' Community Bank Awards. The award was presented
to Gordon Ur of Metuchen, President of TICIC during ACB’s Annual Convention in San Diego, Calif.
TICIC was presented an award for its outstanding achievements in "reaching out to the underserved".
TICIC's efforts help members of the New Jersey League of Community Bankers pool resources to provide long-term financing for affordable and senior housing in New Jersey. TICIC's programs obtain loans that otherwise would not be realized. Project funding for TICIC is $225 million and has been responsible for the creation or regeneration of 4,100 housing units in New Jersey.
"ACB's Community Bank Awards honor those institutions that have shown innovation, passion, leadership, and commitment to make a difference in their communities," said ACB Chairman, Mark Macomber, in presenting the awards. "ACB members have distinguished themselves for their longstanding commitment of giving back to their communities" he said.
ACB's Marketing and Public Relations Committee selected TICIC from a field of nearly 50 nominations.
TICIC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the New Jersey League of Community Bankers and the only organization of its kind in New Jersey which provides long-term financing for affordable and senior housing.
Since 2006 TICIC closed over $200 million dollars in loans, which have added almost 1,000 affordable housing units in New Jersey. TICIC also has a healthy pipeline of new business that could increase the number of new units of housing affordable to low and moderate income citizens throughout the state.
