This Gloucester County Project, constructed in 1990 was substantially renovated in 1994. The Project is a single story, approximately 168,000 square foot building containing 200 living units for the elderly.
The Project provides assisted living units and independent living units for elderly persons. Residents of the assisted living units receive meals served in the Project's dining room, scheduled transportation to shopping areas and physician offices and recreational and social activities. The independent living units in the Project provide residential rental housing for elderly persons and other congregate living services such as the option of participating in the Project's meal plan, scheduled transportation to shopping areas and physician offices and recreational and social activities.
