Westside Village is a mixed-use development, located in the City of Newark. It was an approximately 75,000 square foot, four-story former cardboard box factory that was “rehabilitated” into 62 apartments, with 59 off-street parking spaces for residents and a day care center. The apartment mix is 2 studio, 22 one-bedroom, 27 two-bedroom and 11 three-bedroom units. In addition to the individual security system(s), each apartment contains hardwood floors, dishwashers and air conditioners. The rents charged are affordable to low-income individuals and families.
