This assisted living community fulfills an existing and growing need for frail seniors within the Boonton, New Jersey area. The community is residential in appearance with a Victorian ambiance to complement the historic surroundings. The assisted living units address the needs of seniors who can no longer live a totally independent lifestyle, yet are not in need of full nursing care. The Alzheimer care units accommodate memory-impaired seniors. One-fifth of the units are priced as affordable housing to seniors of low and moderate means.
