Pacific Court Townhouses
Pacific Court Townhouses, the third phase of the Lafayette Gardens Revitalization Program, consists of 72 rental units for tenants of various incomes. With HOPE VI funding provided by the Jersey City Housing Authority, at completion of this TICIC construction loan, the project offers 41 public housing units, 15 affordable housing units and 15 market rate units, as well as 1 superintendent’s unit. The 41 public housing units are made available to former tenants of Lafayette Gardens as replacement housing.
